Reservations and acceptance
- To request room availability use the availability request form on our website.
- Once the request is received, we will reply within 24 hours, via email or telephone, informing you of the availability of rooms in which we indicate the conditions of stay, prices and payment methods. We respond to everyone, even in the event of unavailability.
- To make a reservation, simply select the room in question, enter the check-in and check-out date and the number of people.
Afterwards you will be asked to fill out a form with your personal data and the possibility of adding any paid services. - The room is considered confirmed only by sending an e-mail confirming the reservation or our phone call.
- On the day of arrival, check-in is from 12:00 to 21:00; on the day of departure, check out is from 7:00 to 11:30.
- On arrival each guest must show, for the purposes of legal obligations, a valid identity document; otherwise it cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of the same or higher level without prior notice and without price increase.
