Reservations and acceptance

 

  1. To request room availability use the availability request form on our website.
  2. Once the request is received, we will reply within 24 hours, via email or telephone, informing you of the availability of rooms in which we indicate the conditions of stay, prices and payment methods. We respond to everyone, even in the event of unavailability.
  3. To make a reservation, simply select the room in question, enter the check-in and check-out date and the number of people.
    Afterwards you will be asked to fill out a form with your personal data and the possibility of adding any paid services.
  4. The room is considered confirmed only by sending an e-mail confirming the reservation or our phone call.
  5. On the day of arrival, check-in is from 12:00 to 21:00; on the day of departure, check out is from 7:00 to 11:30.
  6. On arrival each guest must show, for the purposes of legal obligations, a valid identity document; otherwise it cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of the same or higher level without prior notice and without price increase.

Prices and payment methods

 

1. Prices are per room and per night, plus any additional paid services.

2. The price of the stay is what we communicate in the booking acceptance email.

3. With the confirmation of the reservation we ask, as a guarantee, the data of the credit card. These data are not used to debit the cost of the stay but only for the collection of any penalty due for cancellation or reduction of the stay.

4. The price of the stay will be paid, upon departure, exclusively in cash or by credit card.

Cancellations

 

  1. The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated by e-mail to: prenotazione@foresteriapellegrino.it or by contacting us at + 39 348 33 60 522 / +39 0883 56 77 68
  2. You can cancel or reduce your reservation, without charge, up to 3 days before the date of your arrival at the B&B.
  3. For cancellations or reductions of the stay communicated after the notice period of 3 days before arrival, a penalty equal to the entire cost of the reservation will be charged.
  4. In case of no show we charge a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.
  5. If the guest arrives but does not want to stay in the B&B he is required to pay the full amount of the stay.
  6. If the guest arrives and asks to reduce the stay, he must pay the full amount of the confirmed stay.
